Article in Swiss Management Magazine ALPHA
My article, "Die Kunst des Messaging: Die Kür wird zur Pflicht" (The Art of Messaging: Not A Matter of Choice) appears in "ALPHA: Der Kadermarkt der Schweiz. If you're a manager in a large, international organization, staying on message is no longer a luxury: it's a must. The article introduces a simple tool to use to improve your daily messaging. Ask yourself WHY you're communicating, to WHOM, WHAT you're trying to say, HOW best to say it, and WHEN to say it (hint: over and over).

Two New Adler Way Books in the Offing
Work continues on my two most recent books. The first, "Writing Case Studies for Executive Development Programs: A Survival Guide," will be done in the fall. A number of publishers are interested. A second book will be a sort of "everything you always wanted to know about management communication" but were afraid (or too busy) to ask. My clients tell me there is a big need for a book like this. I hope to have it done in about eight months. Stay tuned!
